2. Islandora/Fedora Camp CFP - submit your proposals for presentations now. Schedule will be determined after this closes (on Nov 30 2019).
3. Islandora Beacon (service that sends basic info about an Islandora instance to the Islandora Foundation)
   1. it would benefit the foundation if we could get some sort of basic statistics on islandora sites
   2. apparently drupal does this somehow already, in the update_status module. under the guise of checking if your site is out of date, it pings back to drupal.
   3. not sure how it would be technically implemented - could be like a cron task that pushed to a main islandora server
   4. desire to have this be opt-in/opt-out with clarity around exactly what type of data would be sent. also might be possible to customize which data gets sent.
   5. some people might be concerned about this so maybe opt-in is the best route to go. could also be a concern for GDPR-type
   6. update_status might provide useful hooks already like hook_update_projects_alter
4. Issue Roundup
   1. Condition plugins are sometimes being double-negated - an into an issue where the negate checkbox essentially wasn't working on new contexts with the node has term condition. danny thinks it should be a simple fix. might be here: https://github.com/Islandora/islandora/blob/8.x-1.x/src/Plugin/Condition/NodeHasTerm.php#L170-L185 no one quickly claimed it so its out there for anyone who wants to work on it.
   2. Use Case: Index to Secondary Public Triplestore - in theory we could query the json-ld endpoint as an anonymous user instead of the fedoraAdmin user so that drupal handles filtering out all of the data that you don't want in a public triplestore. this means the field permissions are being reflected in the json-ld endpoint. authentication happens now in the triplestore indexer with the JWT token, so this have to be changed. then possible that the sparql endpoint would/could be proxied by drupal.
