- Drupal has set their date to November 2021 for both 7 and 8. It is our mandate to plan for EOL.
- Put in a line about how the dates may be reviewed as needed (suggested by Marcus Barnes)
- Made it explicit that EOL of 7.x will be phased - and penciled in dates through April 2022.
- Discussion on how to re-imagine the release process for 8.
- 8 will "smoothly" turn into 9 (the way that Fedora 4 became Fedora 5).

ISLE Interest Group (Martha)
- Working on a February ISLE security update
- Monthly ISLE updates: working to structure (and document) delivery of regularized monthly security updates ISLE 2.0: Adding Blazegraph as option to the default Mulgara. Blazegraph enables the ability to store more than a million objects (or 8 million triples)
- ISLE 2.0: Adding Varnish as an optional built-in caching mechanism to improve user experience
- ISLE tentatively looking at handoff to Islandora Foundation via LSAP in Q4 of 2019 (after completion of Phase II and Mellon grant)
- Video derivatives are now working - thanks UTSC. Derivatives should be easier
- Documenting migration stuff has been done

- CFP closes in April.
- Book early! Hotel rates are limited
- Survey on workshops is closed; planning committee is organizing instructors.
- Launch Oct 7 with half-day workshops (hosted at VPL, including Islandora 7 "101" and 8 "101" as well as deep dives) Tracks will be: super-beginner, front-end-admin-intermediate, advanced-developer. 4th day will be 8 90-minute workshops.)

- Aaron: team will be presenting at S Central States Fedora Users Group - happened. Moving forward with CLAW, going pretty well.
- Brad: Launching new AWS Storage Gateway into production on Monday. Will be publishing S3-based ingest method as Islandora Drag-n-Drop for AWS Storage Gateway. Hat tip to Janice; lobbying continues for MODS record harvesting from Islandora via OAI into Ex Libris ILS.
- Bryan: Nothing new to report
- Danny: shout-out to Mini at UT Austin. Excited to hear about paged content and books in CLAW. CANARIE grant with UPEI - hired Alan Stanley and Alexander O'Neil.
- David: Anyone interested in a Fedora Camp, upcoming @ Emery in Atlanta in May. Next major Fedora release is underway. Just put out 5.0, API changes to bring in line wiht Spec. The 6.0 release is in design phase - no API changes but more application changes. Goals: replace Modeshape with more performant back-end, renew focus on preservation. Adopt OCFL spec (more human-readable file system). Collecting (storage/back-end) use cases - feel free to contribute!

- Wilhelmina: Batch-inserting rights-statements.org values. Altered the online zip loading process to do derivatives outside islandora.
