Decided that the groups will meet on an add-hoc as needed basis.

Nick Presented. Discussed PREMIS, and how it might get implemented. Migration from 3-4 will bring the AUDIT trail over, and PREMIS will be generated on the fly. Presentation went well at OR. WebAccessControl is being added to F4. York library will be migrated as a Demo. Islandora Camp updates

25 registered, it’s looking good. Working on setting up a hack-fest, and time for interest groups to meet.

    • Hylandora Day!

4 day event. Hyladora day to bring hydra and islandora folks together.

    • Limerick has asked to host. Possible conflict with OR in Dublin.

Any other conferences happening in the winter in Limerick (DH or something else)? Or maybe Delft university could be bumped up a year (2017). Gonna do a poll.

CLAs

  • Concerns remain over the language of our CLA regarding patents. Please see suggestions here. Further discussion? Next steps?

Patents. Keep the code in Islandora labs for now, until this get’s sorted.

Maybe 2 camps next year pending on demand, maybe in Europe as well, depends on interest.

  • OR2015 Went really well. Fedora 4 drew a big crowd.

Roundtable

  • Fedora 4 module for Web Access Control.
  • Asynchronous storage (Amazon, Hierarchical Storage)
  • Transparent / Human Readable storage (RDF database on the filesystem, implemented use Apache Camel).

Donald

  • Working on Repository Site.
  • Work on module for audio / video to be embedded into Drupal nodes from Islandora Content (For exhibits).

Melissa

  • Two new Members of the Foundation.
  • University of Tennessee
  • Common Media

Nigel

  • Improvements to Advance Solr Search Block.

Paul

  • Can embed video or audio tag in a node to reference Islandora Content
