• ISLE Interest Group Update:
  • Small but growing group of people interested in the ISLE project.
  • Started a google group for ISLE project, from project updates to project troubleshooting.
  • Interest group is interested in trying to work with the rest of the Islandora community in a way that people can work with.
  • Group needs a terms of reference to be written, basically a summary of what was presented.

    • Some coordination around getting meetings restarted for this group.

    • No one here to report from this group.
    • Some movement forward in incremental improvement for mappings.
    • Preparing for the CLAW sprint.

    • Nothing to report. No one to report from this group.

  • This is the first Islandora camp where CLAW is being covered during the Admin track.
  • Danny Lamb is also covering CLAW in the dev track for the Islandora camp.

  • Interesting in having another camp in the Southern US this year.
  • Halifax camp is ongoing today.

    • SFU is busy migrating their IR to Islandora
    • They are using parts of scholar, but not the whole scholar suit of modules

    • Migration has brought about idea of uncoupling scholar modules from IR Cmodels

    • Florida DPLA group released metadata guidelines
    • Working on remediating metadata that already exists
    • Consortium has been restructured so they have a focus quarterly

    • Moving forward with Mellon grant to update a collection to CLAW
      • Developer working on paged content
