  • Change to name of the Entities SP? * Agreement to not change name
  • Rosie's offer * Work with Rosie to set up branches

  • Documentation interest group (Melissa) * Documentation is ready for release. A survey will soon be sent out on documentation.
  • Fedora 4 Interest Group (David) * Moving ahead with an initial development of Islandora on top of Fedora 4

Islandora Camp Updates

  • Colorado Camp * Camp Colorado was a success!

  • Future Camps * Vancouver (Feb. 16-18, 2015) * Connecticut (Oct. or Nov. 2015) * Madrid (May? 2015) * New Zealand and Ireland (2016) * Florida (2016)

  • Islandora Conference? * PEI Islandora camp or Islandora conference? The Roadmap will ask the community what they think.

New Business

  • 7.x-1.4 Release * It's out! A call for volunteers for the next release, due out in April 2016 will be sent out. Thanks to all who contributed and make this release easier than the last one!

  • Roundtable * From Colorado Camp: The future of Islandora is not up to the Islandora Foundation or Discovery Garden, but with Islandora users. If you want Islandora to be better, it’s not enough to sit around and wait for new modules to come out or complain about problems they might have. File bug reports when you find an issue. Volunteer to test modules for new releases. Contribute your patches as a pull request. Join an interest group. There are lots of ways to get involved in the Islandora community, even if you aren’t a developer. Since we are all using the same system, we are all in the same boat. This sense of connectedness might just be the secret sauce that makes iCamp such a great experience.
